摘 要 ：构建了P ttGA 20ox 1基因的植物表达载体并在烟草植株中进行了表达.结果表明:转化烟草与对照烟草之间以及转化烟草之间的形态特征出现很大差异;所有转P ttGA 20ox 1基因烟草的顶端优势得到明显促进,其生长速度明显高于对照烟草.实验结果为今后利用P ttGA 20ox 1基因促进木本植物的顶端优势奠定了基础.
