摘 要 ：对烤烟品种‘中烟101’进行了叶片近红外反射率测定、组织结构解剖观察以及两者关系分析，并研究了成熟度、叶位、施氮量因素对它们的影响。结果表明：随施氮量增加、叶位上升、成熟度降低，叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、组织比、比叶重均呈上升趋势，鲜烟叶近红外（800nm）反射增加；叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、组织比与近红外反射率之间均呈显著正相关关系；叶片厚度能较好地预测近红外反射率，预测方程决定系数为0．871^＊＊（P〈0．001）。
