摘 要 ：赤霉素(GAs)是高等植物体内调控发育的重要激素。高等植物以3-磷酸甘油醛或丙酮酸为前体,首先在原质体内由环化酶催化形成贝壳杉烯;然后贝壳杉烯转移到内质网,在依赖细胞色素P450的单加氧酶的作用下转化成GA12醛;最后转入细胞质由依赖2-酮戊二酸的双加氧酶催化成各种GAs最终产物。目前几种模式植物中参与赤霉素合成的基因、cDNA已经克隆出来,相应功能也做了研究。本文在分子生物学水平上按照植物体内赤霉素合成路线,依次分析了参与各合成步骤上的基因、基因序列特性及其编码产物的催化功能,讨论了赤霉素生物合成的调控机理。
