摘 要 ：根据文献报道设计引物序列,对洋葱细胞质雄性不育系101A进行PCR扩增,结果表明:洋葱细胞质雄性不育系101A属于S型细胞质雄性不育类型,其特异片段位于叶绿体基因组。
