摘 要 ：以秦岭五加科植物Chong木之茎皮为原料，用乙醇提取活性物质Chong木总皂甙，探讨了原料粒度大小，提取剂浓度，提取温度，提取时间与次数，料液比等对Chong木总皂甙提取率的影响，获得了最佳工艺条件；对Chong木总皂甙的急性毒性的毒理学试验表明，该提取物基本无毒，初步认为以其作为功能性食品基料资源开发，在一定程度上是安全的。
