摘 要 ：测定了48个不同马铃薯品种表观淀粉含量以及块茎中和淀粉中直链淀粉含量，对表观淀粉含量和块茎中直链淀粉含量间，表观淀粉含量和淀粉粒直链淀粉含量间进行了相关分析。结果表明：表观淀粉含量和块茎中直链淀粉含量间相关显著，表观淀粉含量和淀粉粒直链淀粉含量间相关不显著，且中熟和晚熟基因型表观淀粉含量和淀粉粒直链淀粉含量间相关也不显著，这些结论将为淀粉生物合成的理论研究和淀粉品质改良提供基本的表型数据。
