摘 要 ：泛素／蛋白酶体途径是真核细胞内蛋白质降解的主要途径之一，涉及细胞内一系列基本生理过程。本文就蛋白泛素／酶体途径的组成及生化特性，泛素／蛋白酶体途径的一些生物学功能，研究泛素／蛋白酶体途径的一些技术和方法，泛素／蛋白酶体途径与高等植物有性生殖等方面作了较全面论述。
