摘 要 ：对准噶尔乌头的生物学特性，有效成分的鉴别、分离等方面进行了研究报，从准噶尔乌头中首次分得１２－表－欧乌碱及１２－表－脱氢欧乌碱，且准噶尔头碱及新乌碱含量较高，为准噶尔乌头药用资源的开发利用提供了依据。
