摘 要 ：对中国春6A缺体小麦与黑麦杂种幼胚愈伤组织不同无性世代再生植株体细胞染色体鉴定结果表明，随着愈伤组织培养时间的延长，再生植株染色体变异频率及变异范围明显增加。在分化的共计224株再生植株中，发生染色体变异的植株为80株，占35.7％，其中有3株为染色体嵌合株，1株发生了染色体结构变异。
