摘 要 ：本文报道黄芪花药壁的发育及花粉母细胞染色质转移运动的细胞学观察,结果如下:1.花粉发育起源于多孢原细胞。2.花药壁基本上按着单子叶型进行发育。3.花粉母细胞间的染色质转移运动普遍存在于减数分裂过程中的各个时期。它们随时都可进行这种运动,没有时间性与连续性。
