菊芋新品种‘兰芋 1 号’

摘 要：‘兰芋 1 号’菊芋是从吉林通化收集的‘J1’品系自然结实种子繁殖的材料中选育获得的优
良后代。株形紧凑；株高 230 ~ 250 cm，主茎通常 1 个，分枝较少，茎秆浅紫色；块茎浅棕色，生长较集
中，形状较规则。生育期约 160 d，花期约 20 d；单株块茎产量可达 1.7 kg 以上，产量高，抗逆性强，适
宜年降雨量 150 mm 以上的干旱半干旱地区种植。

A New Cultivar of Jerusalem Artichoke‘Lanyu 1’

Abstract：‘Lanyu 1’jerusalem artichoke is an excellent progeny which was derived from reproduction
materials of natural fructification seeds of‘J1’in Tonghua，Jilin Province. It has a compact plant type.
The plant height varies from 230 cm to 250 cm，and the number of main stem is only one in general. It has
a few branches and light purple stem. The tuber is light brown，which with a regular pattern and a
relatively concentrated growth. It has a growth period about 160 days，a short blooming period about 20 days.
The tuber yield of individual plant could achieve to above 1.7 kg. It has characteristics of high yield and
strong stress resistance，and is suitable to plant in arid and semi-arid regions where the annual rainfall is
above 150 mm.

菊芋（Helianthus tuberosus L.）适应能力强，其块茎常用于加工生产新型资源食品菊粉、乙醇、
生物柴油和医药产品等（寇一翾 等，2014）。目前国内已审定的优良菊芋品系有南芋系列、青芋系
列、定芋系列和吉菊芋系列等（刘鹏 等，2013；贾敬墩 等，2014；王延禧，2014）。为高效利用西
北干旱和半干旱地区土地，进行高产且抗逆性强的菊芋新品种选育。
2008 年从吉林通化收集‘J1’品系菊芋，通过自然开放结实获得种子，用其进行组培扩繁和筛
选，得到 1 个优良株系。2010—2011 年进行品种比较试验。2012—2013 年在甘肃省内进行多点试验
和生产试验，平均产量为 72 600 kg · hm-2，显著高于对照‘定芋 1 号’，平均增产 28.13%，最高增
产达 92.19%。相比‘J1’，具有单株型、少花、生育期较长等特点；高产，抗旱，含糖量高；块茎

与地下茎之间容易脱落，块茎贮藏时间较长，
有利于采收和加工。2014 年 3 月通过甘肃省农
作物品种审定委员会认定，命名为‘兰芋 1
号’（图 1）。
品种特征特性
株形紧凑，分枝数较少，适合密植。株高
230 ~ 250 cm，基茎 15 ~ 20 mm，主茎通常 1
个，茎直立，浅紫色，表面密布白色短糙毛。
叶片深绿色，近心形，叶缘呈深裂锯齿状，每
株 110 ~ 125 片。头状花序，数量较少，一般
少于 5 个，花序四周部分舌状花为无性花（12 ~
15 朵），中间部分管状花为两性花，聚药雄蕊，
鲜有自然结实的种子。块茎浅棕色，质地紧密，
生长较集中，形状较规则，没有明显外突的芽
眼。单株 80%以上的块茎质量为 50 ~ 60 g，单
株产量可达 1.7 kg 以上。块茎干物质含量
27.86%，灰分 77.67 mg · g-1，粗蛋白 84.97
mg · g-1，粗脂肪 4.23 mg · g-1，总糖 650.80
mg · g-1，还原糖 11.30 mg · g-1，粗纤维 25.70
mg · g-1。晚熟，9 月中下旬为盛花期，花期持
续时间较短，约 20 d。生育期约 160 d。对菊
芋白粉病、茎腐病等病害抗性强。

栽培技术要点
适宜在甘肃省榆中、靖远、民勤、临洮、庆阳等年降雨量 150 mm 以上的干旱半干旱地区种植。
春播秋播均可，春播于耕作层解冻后播种，秋播于耕作层封冻前播种。平栽、垄栽和覆膜栽培均可。
播种前深翻 30 cm，播种深 12 ~ 15 cm，密度 45 000 ~ 52 500 株 · hm-2。田间粗放管理，苗期适当补
水、锄草，无需病虫害防治。10 月底或 11 月初，即 90%以上茎叶干枯时收获最佳。选择地窖或冷
库贮藏时需保持干燥、通风。
