芹菜新品种‘西育 1 号’

摘 要：‘西育 1 号’芹菜是从日本引进的两份材料 JC-1 和日本白芹的杂交后代中经多代选育而成的
优质新品种。叶柄黄绿色，有光泽，腹沟较浅。成株高 75 cm。叶柄长 40 cm，宽 2.3 cm，中部中心厚度
1 cm，背棱 10 条，维管束 12 条。生长期 80 d。生长较快，定植后 60 d 可开始收获。单株质量可达 2 kg，
产量可达 130 t · hm-2。糖和维生素含量高，粗纤维含量低，口感佳。冬性较强。

A New Celery Cultivar‘Xiyu 1’

Abstract：‘Xiyu 1’is a new celery cultivar which is bred by maternal selection method from progeny
of two Japanese cultivars JC-1 and white celery crossed. The plant is 75 cm tall. Its petiole is yellow-green.
The lengh of the petiole is 40 cm，the width is 2.3 cm，the thickness of the central cross section is 1 cm. The
back strip of the stem is 10，and the vascular bundle is 12. The protein content is 2.0%，the sugar content is
1.9%，the vitamin C content is 0.67 mg · kg-1，the fiber content is 0.57%. It has excelent taste. The growth
period of the cultivar is 80 days. The plant grow fast. It can be harvested after 60 days from transplanting.
The yield is up to 130 t · hm-2，and the weight of a plant is 2 kg. The winter adaptability is strong.

芹菜（Apium L.）具有较高的营养价值和药用价值，越来越受到消费者的欢迎（周辉 等，2006），
但如果其粗纤维韧性过强，则不利于食用。1994 年以来，本课题组先后从日本 Nozaki 种子公司和
Watanabe 种子公司分别引进较抗病的绿杆芹菜 JC-1 和纤维含量低的日本白芹，并将两个品种杂交，
按照选种标准（Raymond，1985），应用母系选择法，在其杂交后代中进行了多年筛选，确定优良株
系，于 2004 年开始进行品比试验和示范。在试验过程中，种植者反映色泽鲜绿，产量高，生长快，
消费者反映该品系口感极佳。2006 年在陕西省产品质量监督检验所分析其主要营养成分，各项营养
成分都比本地主栽品种‘文图拉’和‘加州王’有明显的优势，其中糖和维生素 C 含量最为突出，

分别比对照‘文图拉’高出 11.76%和 9.84%。2007—2009 年进行区域试验和示范，2009 年 10 月通
过陕西省非主要农作物品种鉴定委员会登记，定名为‘西育 1 号’（图 1）。
品种特征特性
叶片浅绿色，羽状复叶，缺刻较深。叶柄黄绿色，有光泽，腹沟较浅。定植密度为 25 cm × 25 cm
时，成株高 75 cm，叶柄长 40 cm，叶柄宽 2.3 cm，中心厚度 1 cm，背棱 10 条，维管束 12 条。中
心叶柄直立。生长期 80 d，定植 60 d 可开始收获。单株质量可达 2 kg，产量可达 130 t · hm-2。糖含
量为 1.9%，蛋白质含量为 2.0%，维生素 C 含量为 0.67 mg · kg-1，粗纤维含量为 0.57%。粗纤维含
量低于对照品种‘文图拉’和‘加州王’，口感极佳。冬性较强，不易先期抽薹。
栽培技术要点
适宜陕西平原及同类地区春秋季栽培及越冬设施栽培。平畦育苗，每 10 m2 苗床施腐熟的农家
肥 50 kg 或磷酸二铵 1 kg，再加 80 g 杀菌剂，耙匀，压实，刮平。灌水后播种，每 10 m2 播种种子
8 g，覆土 0.3 cm。早春气温低于 16 ℃时，应在设施中育苗和栽培。5—8 月，露地育苗，加遮阳网
防晒降温。可利用温室和大棚进行秋延后栽培，在霜降前后气温低于 5 ℃时进行覆盖。关中及黄河
流域越冬栽培，若 7 月份播种则在温室中越冬，若 8 月份播种则在温室或大、中棚均可越冬。从苗
期两片真叶时开始喷药预防病害。定植密度大时植株高，叶柄颜色浅；定植密度稀时叶柄粗短，叶
柄数较多，叶柄颜色较深。注意适当多施钾肥。缺钙土壤要补施钙肥。生长中后期需保持土壤湿润。
生长后期受旱，易引起叶柄空心或开裂。
