摘 要 ：从亚种与变种、生长与发育、栽培条件、产地和贮藏等方面对茴香精油含量和质量影响研究
进展进行了综述, 并就中国茴香生产中存在的问题及未来研究方向进行了讨论。

Abstract:Studies on content and quality of fennel essential oilwere reviewed under the following headings: 1) Subspecies and variation; 2) Growth and development; 3) Cultivation conditions; 4) Original places; 5) Storage and discussions on problems existing in essential oil p roduction and research.
