以显性雄性不育系配制的早熟秋甘蓝新品种‘中甘
18’

摘　要 :‘中甘 18’甘蓝新品种是利用显性雄性不育系 DGMS 012216 为母本 , 自交系 962100211 为父本
杂交而成 , 该品种早熟性好 , 秋季种植从定植到收获约 55 d , 叶球紧实 , 圆球形 , 耐裂球 , 平均单球质量
110 kg 左右 , 田间较抗病毒病。适于在我国北方地区作极早熟秋甘蓝栽培 , 也可在上述地区作早熟春甘蓝
栽培。

多年来秋甘蓝一直以抗病、丰产为主要育种目标 , 原有的秋甘蓝‘黑丰’、‘中甘 8 号’等品种从
定植到收获都在 70 d 以上 , 且均为扁圆球形。近年报导的用显性雄性不育系配制的‘中甘 16’和用
胞质雄性不育系配制的‘中甘 22’成熟期也需 60 d。为满足市场对更为早熟的秋甘蓝新品种的需要 ,
作者利用显性雄性不育系‘DGMS012216’与自交系‘962100211’配制出成熟期为 55 d 的早熟秋甘蓝
一代杂种‘中甘 18’, 并于 2002 年通过全国农作物品种审定委员会审定。
品种特征特性
‘中甘 18’植株开展度 43 cm ×44 cm , 外叶深绿色 , 蜡粉中等 , 圆球形 , 叶球极紧实 , 球中心柱
长 610 cm 左右 , 平均单球质量 110 kg 左右 , 不易裂球 , 耐贮运 , 田间较抗病毒病。品质优良 , 维生
素 C含量 382 mg/ kg , 总糖 3118 g/ kg , 粗蛋白 9134 g/ kg。近年来在中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉所秋季田
间试验及全国区试中均表现早熟性好 , 定植后约 55 d 可收获 , 平均产量约 51 t/ hm2。
栽培技术要点
主要适于北方地区早秋栽培 , 7 月上旬播种 , 苗期注意遮荫、防雨、降温 ; 8 月上中旬定植 , 小
高畦或垄作 , 密度以 45000 株/ hm2 为宜 , 生长期间注意防治菜青虫、小菜蛾的危害 , 一般 10 月上旬
可收获上市 ; 春季种植应于 1 月中旬播种 , 3 月下旬定植 , 5 月上中旬收获。
‘Zhonggan 18’—a Ne w Cabbage Hybrid Variety with the Hybridization of
Dominant Male Sterile Line and Inbred Line

Abstract :‘Zhonggan 18’is a new cabbage hybrid variety with the dominant male sterile line DGMS012216
as the female parent and the inbred line 962100211 as the male parent . It is early maturing and requires around 55
days from transplant to harvest . The head is round and compact . It is tolerant to splitting and the storage. The aver2
age mass of the head is about 1 kg. It is resistant to TuMV in the open field and suitable to be planted as the early
autumn cabbage in the north , northwest and northeast part of China. It is also possible to be planted as the spring
cabbage in above areas.
