摘 要 ：以DMSO为分子探针，检测了H202 - Fee2+体系及Paraquat处理后，小麦叶片中的·OH变化，并研究了·OH对叶片的氧化损伤及3种外源抗氧化剂(GSH, SBA和Mannitol)的防护效应。结果表明.HZ02 -Fe2+和paraquat处理后，叶片中的·OH含量显著增加，并导致SOD, CAT活性破坏，膜脂过氧化作用加剧，Chl含量和NR活性显著降低。3种抗氧化剂
