小麦籽粒品质性状影响面条品质的通径分析

摘　要　以24个山东省种植面积较大的小麦品种为材料, 对17个影响面条品质的主要小麦籽粒品质性状进行多元线性
回归分析, 在此基础上对11个影响较大的品质性状进行通径分析, 研究其对面条品质影响力的大小及直接效应和间接效
应, 以期为小麦品质有种、面条小麦品种品质指标的制定及加工原料的筛选提供参考依据。

Abstract　T he study w as conducted w ith 24 w heat cultivars in Shandong P rovince, 17 w heat quality traits
affecting noodle quality w ere analyzed by m ultip le linear regression analysis and path coefficien t analysis. T he
direct and indirect effects of 11 comparatively influen tial w heat quality traits on noodle quality w ere also
studied. T h is study offered the references fo r w heat quality breeding, the establishm en t of quality p redicting
indexes fo r noodle w heat and the selection of p rocessing m aterials.
