摘 要 ：本研究于1979年开始,以“中国春”单体通过回交法,连续回交6次基本育成。其性状基本纯合,单体分离出的二体跟对照中的“阿勃”整倍体基本没有差别。每一单体核型均为2n-1=20″+1′=41,且1B 和6B 单体染色体均具有随体,与“中国春”1B 和6B 单体染色体形态一致。为了确保单体系统的可靠性,在第4次回交后按预定的常规程序,用“
