摘 要 ：硬核Scleropyrum wallichianum种子含油37.7%。从种子油中分离鉴定了两个炔酸，十八碳炔-9-酸(占39%)和十八碳烯-17-炔-9-酸(占17%)；其他11种脂肪酸成分有癸酸，月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、山嵛酸、十六碳烯酸、油酸，二十碳烯酸、芥酸和亚油酸.

Abstract:The oil content of Scleropyrum wallichianum is 37.7%. Two acetylenic acids octadec-9-ynoic and 17-octadecen-9-ynoic acids were separated and identified by chemical modification in MS and ‘H NMR, "C NMR. The other eleven fatty acids decanoic, lauric, palmitic, stearic, arachdic, behenic, hexadecenoic, oleic, eicosenoic, erucic, linoleic acids were determined.
