摘 要 ：目的:探讨胆南星加工过程中,不同工艺参数对饮片TLC图谱的定量影响,以及相同工艺条件不同批次样品图谱的分布。方法:混合炮制工艺实验研制饮片;眦分析;主成分分析(PCA);多元方差分析(multivariat analysis)。结果:猪胆汁来源对TLC图谱中各个峰高值的联合分布有非常显著影响。在方差分析中,虽未见蒸制时间对其有明显影响。但PCA对图谱的4个峰高变量值通过主轴变换(线性变换)和压缩,可以得到PC1和PC2个参照指标,用其可表达图谱的变异分布规律和解释饮片在图谱中的91%变异部分。并且可以较好地区分不同工艺参数所得制品。结论:PCA技术在分析计算中药指纹图谱的研究中,可以更加灵敏准确地揭示其饮片图谱变化的分布规律。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the utility of principle component analysis (PCA) on chromatographic data for quality control to Dannanxing (Pinellia Cum Bile). Method: Chromatographic fingerprints of sample were determined by TLC, PCA and multivariat analysis were used for data processing. Result: The quantitative differences among samples procesed with different biles and heating time were found with the method. Conclusion: PCA could be used in data processing for chromato- gramphic fingerprints of Dannanxing.
