Abstract:The contents of armilarin and meleolid in diferent stages of development of Armilaria melea were determined by means of HPLC.The results in dicated that the content of armilarin was 0.0085%in mycelia,0.54mg/L in fermenting liquor,0.002% in fruit-body,0.0008%in rhizomorph;meleolid0.0002%in mycelia,0.0011% in fruit-bodyand0.0011% in rhizomorph.
