摘 要 ：目的：研究连翘的化学成分。方法：硅胶柱层析法分离，薄层层析和光谱鉴定结构。结果：从乙醇提取物中分离得到６个化合物，分别鉴定为硬脂酸、棕榈酸、β-谷甾醇、熊果酸、齐墩果酸和连翘脂素。结论：硬脂酸、棕榈酸、β-谷甾醇系首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa. Method:Basedon silicacolumn chromatography,of which six compounds were obtained from the alcohol extract of F.suspensa, three identified by physico chemical and spectroscopic analyses.Result:The three compounds were identified as stearic acid, palmitic acid and β sitosterol.Conclusion:The three compounds were separated from F. suspensa fruits for the first time.
