摘 要 ：目的：探讨补骨脂素对乳腺癌ＥＭＴ６的抗癌活性。方法：应用ＭＴＴ法、裸鼠移植瘤实验、ＤＮＡ原位定量测定技术及电镜技术，对补骨脂素体内外抑制乳腺癌ＥＭＴ６及肿瘤细胞ＤＮＡ含量变化进行了观察。结果：补骨脂素在体内外对乳腺癌ＥＭＴ６有显著的生长抑制作用，ＩＣ５０为２．２３μｇ／ｍｌ。它可能与细胞ＤＮＡ含量相对减少，细胞线粒体变性，细胞空泡化有关。结论：补骨脂素可能是乳腺癌的有效治疗药物之一。

Abstract:To　investigate　the　antitumor　activity　of　psoralen　on　mammary　cancer　cells　of　EMT₆line,the　cytotoxity　of　the　drug　against　EMT₆　cells　was　tested　by　MTT　assay;an　experimental　therapy　was　carried　out　in　15　nude　mice　that　were　subcutaneously　injected　with　EMT₆　cells;the　morphological　changes　of　tumor　tissues　were　observed　under　electron　microscope;and　the　DNA　content　was　measured　and　analysed　with　a　computerized　MPV microspectrophotometer.The　result　shows　that　psoralen　has　a strong　antitumor　effect　on　mammary　cancer　EMT₆　cells　both　in　vivo　and　in　vitro,with　an　IC₅₀value　of　2.23μg/ml.The　antitumor　effect　might　be　related　to　the　relative　decrease　of　cell　DNA　content　and　the　degeneration　and　cavitation　of　cellular　mitochondriums.Therefore　psoralen　may　be　an　effective　agent　for　the　treatment　of　mammary　cancer.
