摘 要 ：目的：分离鉴定北京蜂胶中的黄酮类成分。方法：硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析分离，葡聚糖柱层析纯化，核磁、质谱、紫外、红外和园二色谱与理化常数鉴定结构。结果：分离鉴定了６种黄酮类化合物，为球松素、乔松素、柚木杨素、白杨素、良姜素和高良姜素。结论：球松素、乔松素、柚木杨素和良姜素为首次从北京蜂胶中获得。

Abstract:Objective:To separate and identify the active flavonoids from Beijing Propolis.Method:The flavonoids were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and polyamide,purified with Sephadex LH 20,and elucidated on the basis of NMR,MS,UV,IR and CD spectra.Result:Six kinds of flavonoids were obtained and elucidated as Ⅰ:pinostrobin,5 hydroxy 7 methoxy flavanone;Ⅱ:pinocembrin,5,7 dihydroxy flavanone;Ⅲ:tectochrysin,5 hydroxy 7 methoxy flavone;Ⅳ:chrysin,5,7 dihydroxy flavone;Ⅴ:izalpinin,5 hydroxy 7 methoxy flavonol and Ⅵ:galangin,5,7 dihydroxy flavonol.Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ were found for the first time from Beijing Propolis.
