摘 要 ：利用二阶导数光谱法测定含黄芩制剂蓝芩口服液中黄芩甙的含量,可以较好的消除其他成分的干扰,方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确。
Abstract:By the method of UV second order derivative spectra,baicalin in contents in the Lanqin Oral Liquid were determined.Able to eliminate the influence of other constituents,this method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
