摘 要 ：采用高效液相色谱法测定了朝鲜淫羊藿中金丝桃甙的含量，平均值为０．１３３％，加样回收率为９７．４％，ＲＳＤ为１．２％。为控制淫羊藿的内在质量提供新的指标和可靠的方法。

Abstract:HPLC method for the determination of hyperin in Epimedium Koreanum was investigated.The result shows that this methed is simple,specific and accurate.The recovery was 97. 4% and relative standard deviation was 1. 2%.With good repreducibility and wide response linearity, the methed can be used for the quality control of this herbalmedicine.
