摘 要 ：用高压液相色谱法对慢肝宝冲剂中的五味子乙素作了定量分析。样品用正己烷提取,再转移至甲醇中,在SPHERI-5RP-18柱上,用75%甲醇作流动相,各成分能很好分离。以标准曲线法测定了不同批号的6批样品中五味子乙素的含量。

Abstract:This paper deals with a HPLC methed for determining the content of γ-schizandrin in Manganhaogranules. Samples are extracted with haxane,redissolved in MeOH,chroniatographed on HPLC (Colunin, Spheri-5RP-18, 220mm×4.6mm, mobile phase, 75% MeOH) and the niain components can be easily isolated. Six sampleswere analyzed by calibration curve methed. The resulto have shown that the quantitative analysis of γ-schizandrin conducted in this way is convenient,fast and highly repreducible.
