摘 要 ：以抗炎、杀菌、抗肿瘤和藤黄酸含量为指标.采用正交试验法,综合优选了藤黄高压蒸制工艺。结果表明,以126℃蒸制0.5h为最佳工艺。

Abstract:The technology for processing steamed Garcinia hunburyi with high pressure was synthetically selectedby using orthogonal experiment design,based on the indexes of anti-inflammatory. bacteriocidal, anti-tumour effectsand gambagic acid content. The result shows that the best way is to steam for 0.5 h at 126 ℃.
