摘 要 ：异钩藤碱呈浓度依赖性抑制豚鼠心房自发频率及收缩力,30μmol/L明显抑制肾上腺素诱发的异位节律,10μmol/L延长功能性不应期和降低兴奋性,并减轻哇巴因对豚鼠左心房收缩力的影响,0.3mmol/L可显著抑制成对刺激效应。

Abstract:Isorhynchophylline(Iso)inhibits the automaticity and contractile force of isolated guinea pig atrium in a concen-tration-dependent manner, 30μmol/L markedly depresses adrenaline-induced automaticity, 10μmol/L prolongs func-tional refractory peried and decreases excitabitity. Furthermore, 10μmol/L of Iso reduces the effect of ouabain on con-tractile force in left atrium and 0.3mmol/L markedly inhibits the response to paired stimulation.
