摘 要 ：实验结果证明,红毛五加醇提物有明显镇痛作用,并能降低家兔正常及蛋白陈致发热体温,但对霍乱菌苗引起的发热体温无影响。红毛五加醇提物的小鼠ipLD₅₀为73.34±7.29g/kg,长期大量po红毛五加醇提物对大鼠血象、肝肾功能无影响。

Abstract:Experimental data indicate that EtOH extract of Acanthopanax giraldii (EAGH) has pronounced analgesic ac-tion and reduces not only high temperature induced by proteinic jelly,but also normal body temperature in rabbits.However no effect was observed On the fever induced by choleraic vaccine in rabbits. The acute ip LD₅₀ of EAGH inmice was 73.34 ±7. 29g/kg(crude drug).In prolonged toxicity test on rats no harmful effects on body weight,blood picture,liver and kidney functions were observed.
