Abstract:The contents of 3 active compounds psoralen,isopsoralen and poisonous bakuchiol in 5 diferently procesed samples of Fructus Psoraleae were analysed by GC.The results indicate that the content of psoralen and isoporalen in the sample procesed by the method of“Leigong`s theory of procesing”are 3~4 times that in the salt-fried sample,while the content of poisonous bakuchiol shows a tendency to decrease.
