摘 要 ：模拟制备５种主要炮制品，采用气相色谱法，测定了３种成分的含量，结果表明雷公制品中有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量是现代盐炙品的３～４倍，有毒成分补骨脂酚含量有下降的趋势，由此为炮制工艺的改进提供了依据。

Abstract:The contents of 3 active compounds psoralen,isopsoralen and poisonous bakuchiol in 5 diferently procesed samples of Fructus Psoraleae were analysed by GC.The results indicate that the content of psoralen and isoporalen in the sample procesed by the method of“Leigong`s theory of procesing”are 3～4 times that in the salt-fried sample,while the content of poisonous bakuchiol shows a tendency to decrease.
