Abstract:It was observed that Extractum Semen Persicae acted obviously on hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4.Throughpromoting the degradation of collagens type Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ and fibronectin,ESP has proved helpful in markedly re-ducing the fibrous septa composed of both collagenous and reticular fibers as well as in repairing the structure of-hepatic tissues.
