Abstract:This paper reports the isolation of eleven compounds from the roots of Ostericum grosseserraturn, of which nine compounds were elucidated as myristic acid, palmitie acid, stearic acid, octacosanoic acid, succinic acid, β-sitostero1, sitosterol-β-D-glucoside, isoseopletin and sucrose. The results are helpful in the study of plant taxonomy.
