摘 要 ：首次用薄层扫描法对吴茱萸生物碱进行了炮制前后的含量测定,结果表明:吴茱萸经不同方法炮制后,其生物碱含量发生明显变化。

Abstract:For the first tirne,the contents of alkaloids in Evodia rutaecarpa were determined before and after processingby TLC-densitometry and were found to differ markedly.
