摘 要 ：用反相HPLC法分离测定中药复方清肺止泻冲剂中黄芩甙的含量,在ODSC-18柱上,以甲醇-水-四氢呋喃(200:300:50)为流动相,紫外检测,黄芩甙与其他成分分离良好,外标法定量,回收率为101.4%,RSD为0.83%。

Abstract:The baicalin in the compound recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Lung-cleaning and Diarrhoea-re-lieving Infusion was deterrmined by reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatographic method. Methanol-water-te-trahydrofuran (200 : 300 : 50) was used as the mobile phase at ODS C-18 column with ultravioet detection. The re-sult showed that baicalin was separated well from other components. Extemal standard method was used for quantita-tive determination. The recovery rate was 101.4% and RSD 0.83%.
