摘 要 ：运用中医“解毒”炮制方法对蓖麻子进行炮制,并通过其LD₅₀的测定和对人肺癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型的抑瘤实验,证明此炮制方法对减低蓖麻子毒性,保留其部分抗癌作用具有明显的效果。

Abstract:In this study ,castor seeds were processed by one of the traditional Chinese methods,LD₅₀ was measured and tu-mor inhition tests in nude mice bearing human pulmonary carcinonia were conducted.The results showed that the pro-cessing methed was able to lower the toxicity of castor seeds and niaintain their antitumor effect,thus providing an ex-perimental basis for oral administration of castor seLeds in the therapy of pulmonary carcinoma.
