摘 要 ：给麻醉开胸猫大果木姜子油0.2ml·kg^-1十二指肠给药后,SAP及DAP缓慢下降,至药后90min下降15.2%及14.2%,同时,HR减慢,CO减少,LVP,LVEDP,dp/dt_max及V_max显著降低,LVP-(dp/dt)P^-1环缩小。消心痛与其有类似效应。

Abstract:Cinnamomum migao oil (CV-3) 0.2ml·kg^-1 was intraduodenum given to anesthetized open-chest cats-Ninety minutes after treatment with the oil, the SAP and DAP were slowly reduced to 15.2% and 14.2%, respec-tively. At the sametime, the HR was slowed down and CO decreased. The left ventricular pressure (LVP), the leftventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEIDP), dp/dt_max and V_max were remarkably reduced respectively. The LVP-(dp/dt_max)P^-1 loop was narrowed. Isosorbide dinitrate showed similar effects to CV-3.
