摘 要 ：以小鼠热板法测定不同时程痛阈,得知附子、四逆汤镇痛效应半衰期分别为11.05h及6.84h;又用ED₅₀补量法测定附子、四逆汤抗大鼠蛋清性关节肿效应,推算得药物抗炎成份在大鼠体内6h存留率分别是0.60及0.69,抗炎药效半衰期分别是8.11h及11.35h。

Abstract:In the study of analgesic action of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Sini Decoction hot-plate method was used and the time-effect relationship was determined. The biological halflives were 11.05h and 6.84h respectively. In the study of the effect on inflammation induced by egg white in the ankle joints of rats, the method of complement ED₅₀ was used. The residual rates of the dosages after an interval of 6 hours were 0.60 and 0.69, and the biologicalhalflives were 8.11h and 11.35h respectively.
