摘 要 ：采用薄层层析和显微鉴别对黄连解毒丸进行定性研究,并测定其盐酸小檗碱和黄芩甙的含量。建议本法用于黄连解毒丸的质量控制。

Abstract:TLC and microscopy have been used in the qualitative study of Huanglian Jiedu Pills. The contents of berber-ine hydrochloride and baicalin in thiese Pills have been determind. The proposed method can be used to control thequality of Huanglian Jiedu Pills.
