摘 要 ：用薄层扫描法对中药复方中熊去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸测定条件进行了考察,并参照部颁熊胆粉试行标准进行了含量测定。熊去氧胆酸及鹅去氧胆酸的平均回收率分别为97.2%(RSD=1.2%)和99.3%(RSD=2.1%)。

Abstract:The contents of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) in Chinese medicinal com-pound preparations have been determined by TLC-densitometry. The determination wavelength was 375nm and refe-rence wavelength was 700nm. For UDCA the linear range was 3.0～15.0μg and recovery was 97.2% (RSD =1.2%) . and for CDCA the linear range was 4.0～20.0μg and recovery was 99.3% (RSD=2.1% ).
