摘 要 ：用薄层扫描法测定了牛黄中胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸、去氧胆酸的含量。样品用甲醇提取,在国产高效硅胶板上用异辛烷-乙酸丁酯-冰乙酸(4:2:1)为展开剂展开,可同时测定样品中已知的所有游离胆汁酸的含量。

Abstract:Cholic acid (CA), chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) and deoxycholic acid (DCA) which are extracted with CH₃OH from Bezoar can be separated on HPTLC silica gel plate (made in China) with isooctane-n-butyl acetate-acetic acid (4: 2: 1), and the three bile acids were determined by TLC densitometry.
