摘 要 ：脉注射水芹注射剂3ml/kg,可明显对抗乌头碱及氯化钡引起的大鼠心律失常;降低氯化钙引起的大鼠室颤发生率及死亡率,提示水芹注射剂具有明显的抗实验性动物心律失常作用。

Abstract:The antiarrhythmic effect of Shuiqin (Oenanths javanica) injection was studied in rats. An injection of 3ml/kg iv could significantly antagonize the arrhythmias induced hy aconitine and BaCI₂, and decrease the rates of ventricular fibrillation and death induced by CaCl₂. The results suggest that Shuiqin injection has a significant antiarrhythmic effect on experimental rats.
