摘 要 ：本文报道应用气相色谱法,测定肉桂油中的主要成分桂皮醛含量,回收率为100.24%,变异系数小于0.78%。本法比中国药典法操作简便,快速,准确。

Abstract:A method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde, the main component in cinnamon oil by gas chromatography in described. The recovery is 100.24%, with a coefficient of variation less than 0.78%. This method is simpler, faster and more accurate than the method incorporated in the Chinese Pharmacopeia.
