摘 要 ：本文利用一阶导数光谱法测定了中成药香连丸、左金丸中小蘖碱含量;并在国产751-G 分光光度计上进行了一阶导数光谱测定,且同药典方法进行了比较。本法准确、简便、易于推广。为药典方法改进提供了依据。

Abstract:In this article,the content of berberine in huanglian,xianglian wan and zuojin wan was determinedby using first derivative spectrometry.The results obtained were satisfactory both in recoveryand in precision.The results were compared with those obtained by the method of Chinese Phar-macopoeia(1985).The method described is simple,rapid and accurate.
