摘 要 ：本文采用气相色谱和气-质联用对猪苓滤液多糖的单糖组分和摩尔比进行研究。结果表明,猪苓滤液多糖由D-甘露糖、D-半乳糖、D-葡萄糖组成,其摩尔比为man∶gal∶glu=20∶4∶1。

Abstract:The components and monosaccharide molar ratio of the polysaccharide from fermentation solution of Polyporus umbellatus have been studied by means of GC and GC-MS. The results show that the polysaccharide is composed of D-mannose, D-galactose and D-glucose with a molar ratio of Man:Gal:Glu=20=4:1.
