摘 要 ：对7种菟丝子类生药作了总黄酮和总多糖的定量分析:菟丝子Seman Cuscutae Chinensis总黄酮含量为3.0%,南方菟丝子Seman Cuscutae Australis为3.2%,而欧洲菟丝子:Seman Cuscutae Europaea为4.5%。总多糖含量中以菟丝子为最高(5～6%)。实验结果为合理使用菟丝子类生药提供了科学依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the quantitative analysis of the total flavone in 7 species revealed the contents: Semen Cuscutae Chinensis(3.0%), Semen Cuscutae Australis(3.2%) as compared with Semen Cuscutae Europaea(4.5%). Semen Cuscutae Chinensis has the highest content of polysaccharide of about 5～6%. The experimental results provide a scientific basis the rational use of Semen Cuscutae.
