摘 要 ：本文报道从雷公藤茎和叶中分离出三种二萜内酯化合物,雷公藤内酯醇(Ⅰ),雷公藤内酯二醇(Ⅱ)和雷醇内酯(Ⅲ)。Ⅰ和Ⅱ是高活性的抗白血病化合物。
Abstract:This paper reports three compounds isolated from the leaves and stem of Tripterygium wilfordii: triptolide(Ⅰ), tripdiolide(Ⅱ)and triptolidenol(Ⅲ), Ⅰ and Ⅱ are highly active antileukemic compounds.
