摘 要 ：本文运用数理统计方法,对回流提取人参总皂甙的工艺条件进行筛选,得出的较优条件为:85%乙醇,回流7次,每次回流时间60分钟,不调pH保持原液自然状态。经选此方案运用于十几批产品考察,效果较佳。

Abstract:Statistical method have been used in choosing experimental condition of Ginseng total saponins being drawn by the technique of reflux, and suitable factor ware found; 85% alcohol, seven times, sixty minutes each, and let the pH remain natural. This method was employed for oral number of injections, and yielded satisfactory result.
