Abstract:It has been found by statistical analysis that the related channels of Chinese herbal medicines have definite correlation with their pharmacological actions, for example, anticonvulsants with liver channel, purgatives with large intestine channel,haemostatics with liver channel, antitussives with lung channel, expectorants with lung channel, antiasthmatics with lung channel, and diuretics with bladder channel. All these are consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine.
