摘 要 ：本文提出用系数倍率法测定槐米中芦丁的含量的方法。可简化提取过程,不经分离排除杂质干扰。方法简单、快速、准确。

Abstract:The present paper reports the determination of rutin contents in flos sophorae immaturus by sigal multiplier spectrophotometry. This method has the advantages of rapidity, accuracy, simplified extract coures and eliminating interference of impurity without further separation.
