摘 要 ：用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚显色,用非离子表面活性剂OP增溶,在水相中直接光度法测定复方绞股蓝中微量锌。测定结果与原子吸收法基本一致。方法简便、准确、快速。回收率97.8～103.7%,CV为1.4～4.6%。

Abstract:1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) and Emulsifier OP hava been used in the colorimetric determination of zinc in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The results are in agreement with those of atomicabsorption spectrophotometry. The method is simple, precise and rapid. The recovery is 97.8～103.7% and coefficient of veriation is 1.4～4.6%.
